I wanted to take the time to send an email and give some feedback regarding our recent trip to Paris.
Dan B was our main driver and he was absolutely fantastic. He was cool, calm and collected at all times, he did a brilliant job navigating through the crazy Parisian traffic. Nothing fazed Dan. He had an excellent knowledge of all the routes and went above and beyond by planning and checking in advance.
He communicated clearly with the group leader (me) at all times and nothing was too much trouble for Dan. He was there and on time whenever and wherever we needed him. We really appreciated his expert knowledge of the city and its routes, as well as his advice. He was positive, professional, friendly and helpful, we could not have asked for a better driver and we really appreciate his efforts in helping with the smooth running of this school trip.

We are writing to let you know how impressed we were with your driver Michael who accompanied us on our tour to France and Belgium.
He was always calm and confident in his driving, even though he was visiting some of the activity locations for the first time and his manner with the students was always kind and helpful. Michael responded to all our requests positively and made sure we were not only safe but also comfortable throughout the tour. It makes an enormous difference to us as teachers knowing we can trust our drivers to manage all the travel arrangements , including passport and security which has become increasingly more complicated in recent years, so we can concentrate on managing our students. The students were also impressed and some even wrote a poem to thank him for all his hard work !
